  • FREE ground shipping for domestic orders ONLY

    Offer valid in the US only (includes Hawaii, Alaska & APO/FPO addresses)

  • INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.

    All destinations outside of the US and CANADA will ship via DHL Express. This is the only shipping service that will be made available to customers at this time. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based the weight and dimensions of each order.

    All orders to CANADA will ship via USPS or DHL. The customer may choose from the options available.

    INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY APPLICABLE CUSTOMS DUES.

    Customs processing can delay delivery up to a month or longer.

  • Pre-order items will ship within their pre-order window that is specified in the item’s description.

    All one-of-a-kind and ready-to-ship items will ship with 3-7 working days.

    Due to the current changes in the world, shipping times may be longer than expected. Tracking will be available for the customer to keep up with their package location.

  • ALL MUGS ARE MADE TO ORDER. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    I will gladly replace (when applicable) or refund (including return shipping) any product that is damaged and/or non-functional due to a manufacturing defect and/or our negligence, & no fault of the customer.

    HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

    If you feel as though your product may have a defect, please contact me at info.redivider@gmail.com. All return requests must be submitted by email within 15 days of package delivery.

    EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on items considered “seconds”. Items specified to be “seconds” will have a description of any flaws that were naturally created in the firing process.

    I will notify you once I’ve received & inspected your return, & let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus the cost of return shipping). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
